1 Acceptance of Terms

Wish You India specializes in handcrafted items, home decor, lifestyle accessories, apparel, and gifting essentials.

• Handmade Nature: Many of our products are individually handcrafted by artisans. Natural variations in color, texture, weave, weight, and dimensions are inherent characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.
• Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products accurately on screen. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to your device screen calibration, monitor settings, or photography lighting.
• Availability & Pricing: All items are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4 Pricing, Invoicing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Taxes: Product prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless indicated otherwise at checkout. A GST-compliant tax invoice is provided with every shipment.
• Payment Methods: We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Net Banking, Mobile Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pin codes.
• Payment Security: Transactions are routed through PCI-DSS compliant, RBI-regulated payment gateways. Wish You India does not retain your confidential payment credentials.
• Order Refusal: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or incorrect address information. Any money debited will be promptly refunded.

5 Shipping, Delivery & Tracking

We partner with premier logistics providers to ensure fast, reliable delivery across India.

• Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
• Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery pin code and location.
• Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking ID and link are shared via SMS, WhatsApp, and email, allowing you to monitor shipment progress in real time via our Track Order page.
• Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please ensure the delivery phone number and address are complete and accurate.

6 Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Summary

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. Our cancellation and return rules are as follows:

• Order Cancellation: You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting customer support. Once dispatched, an order cannot be canceled mid-transit.
• Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Conditions: Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

9 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

• Wish You India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product in dispute.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HTSM Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any contracts for the purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute, controversy, or claim, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
